Surface & Area Preparation – Before painting begins, we handle all necessary surface prep and repairs. We also cover work areas to keep your belongings free of debris. 

Application – Once everything is properly masked, we apply the paint in your chosen colors with precision and care. 

Clean-Up – We clean up daily throughout the project, followed by a thorough final sweep upon completion. 

Final Walkthrough – After finishing, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations.

JJ’s Painting is committed to delivering long-lasting, high-quality painting services. To support this commitment, we provide a limited workmanship warranty on all residential interior and exterior painting projects.

Warranty Coverage Options:

3-Year Warranty (Standard)
- Included with all residential paint jobs.
- Covers specific areas where paint has peeled, blistered, or chipped due to improper surface preparation or application.

5-Year Warranty (Premium)
- Available when premium-grade products and full recommended prep are used.
- Covers the same as the 3-Year Warranty, with extended protection against early fading and minor caulk failures.

7-Year Warranty (Elite)
- Available for projects meeting all Elite criteria, including excellent surface condition, use of top-tier materials, and full prep.
- Offers extended durability and fade resistance.

Interior & Exterior Coverage Includes:

- Peeling, blistering, or chipping due to defective workmanship
- Caulking or seam failure (only if caulking was performed by JJ’s Painting)
- Isolated fading or discoloration (on qualifying surfaces and paint)

Repair Scope:

Warranty repairs are limited to affected areas only. JJ’s Painting will not repaint entire walls, rooms, or exterior surfaces unless the entire area is affected. Touch-up work will be matched as closely as possible to the original color and finish, but exact matches are not guaranteed due to paint aging and batch variation.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by moisture intrusion, leaks, settling, or structural issues
- Normal wear and tear, staining, mildew, or damage from household cleaning or impact
- DIY touch-ups, other contractors’ work, or paint failure from previously painted surfaces not prepped by JJ’s Painting
- Surfaces exposed to standing water or horizontal surfaces unless specifically stated

How to Submit a Claim:

If a covered issue arises within your warranty period, contact us with photos and a description. We’ll inspect the area and, if the issue qualifies under the warranty, we’ll schedule a limited spot repair at no cost.

Limitations of Liability:

JJ’s Painting’s total liability under this warranty is strictly limited to labor and materials required to perform the warranted repair of affected areas only.
We are not liable for:

• Consequential or incidental damages (such as time off work, inconvenience, or loss of use)

• Reimbursement for third-party repairs or repainting

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer at the address where the work was performed.
