What We’re Looking For

• Strong prep and finish painting skills

• Proven experience on residential homes (large-scale preferred)

• Confidence working at heights and on ladders daily

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Clear, reliable, and professional communication

• Takes pride in both workmanship and personal presentation

• Maintains a clean, professional presence on all job sites

• Reliable transportation; punctual and dependable daily

Compensation

Pay is based on experience, skill level, and leadership ability.

Monday–Friday
8am–6pm
